2) Cases Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Within 7 days from the date you receive the contract document. If delivery of the goods occurs later than receipt of the document, the period is within 7 days from the date the goods are received or the supply begins.
- If the goods/services differ from the labeling/advertising or the contract terms, you may request a return/exchange within 3 months from receipt, or within 30 days from the date you knew or could have known the discrepancy.
3) Cases Not Eligible for Return/Exchange- Items lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer (however, damage to packaging necessary for checking the content allows withdrawal).- Items whose value has significantly diminished due to use or partial consumption by the customer.
- Items whose value has significantly diminished over time, making resale difficult.
- Reproducible goods where the original packaging is damaged.
- Made-to-order / custom items where the seller is expected to suffer irrecoverable loss upon withdrawal and prior consent from the customer was obtained.
※ – Digital content for which provision has already started (for divisible services or divisible digital content, withdrawal is allowed for the portion not yet provided). If you change your mind (e.g., color/size exchange), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirming the return.
- For credit card payments, the authorization will be canceled so that the amount is not charged.
(If the billing has already been processed according to your card’s billing date, the refund will be reflected on the next billing cycle by the card company.)
