Shipping Information
■ Shipping Fee
- The basic shipping fee is KRW 3,000.
(Additional charges may apply for island, mountainous, or remote areas.)
- Free shipping is applied for orders over KRW 60,000.
■ Delivery Period
- The average delivery time is 1–3 days.

■ Shipping Availability
- Shipping availability is 1–3 days after the order is placed, referring to the period when dispatch can begin.
- Public holidays and long weekends are excluded from the calculation. For bank transfer orders, processing begins from the date of payment.
■ Shipping Method
- Orders are generally shipped via Hanjin Express.
- The courier may change depending on the type of product.

■ Order Cancellation
- Before payment (unpaid status), customers may cancel the order directly.
- If you wish to cancel after payment, please contact the HANDRIX support channel.
■ Withdrawal of Purchase (Including Change of Mind)
- Requests can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Please apply through the HANDRIX support channel.
Returns & Exchanges
■ Exchange and Refund Policy
※ Exchanges and returns may not be possible in the following cases:
- If product value is reduced due to removal of tags, damaged packaging, or signs of use
- If the product is no longer in resellable condition

- If the product is damaged during delivery
- If both the product and packaging are completely undamaged
- If an initial defect is confirmed
■ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
- Change of mind after opening or using the product
- Damaged packaging or missing components
- Requesting a return after use due to failure to check product information before purchase
■ Shipping Fee for Exchanges/Returns
- For exchanges/returns due to change of mind, the round-trip shipping fee (KRW 8,000) is the customer’s responsibility and will be charged based on the actual cost incurred.
- If the issue is due to shipping errors or product defects, HANDRIX will cover the shipping cost.
■ Additional Information
- Prices of some products may change due to manufacturer circumstances such as new model releases or changes in component costs.
- Exchanges/returns for special price or discounted items may be restricted. Please check the product detail page carefully.
- Bank transfer orders may be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within a certain period.
- For card payments, if cancellation approval is possible, it will be processed immediately. If not, a refund will be made via bank transfer.
- For faster processing of returns, please include your order number and name inside the package.
